Abuja Chinese Supermarket owner Appears Before FCCPC
The CEO of the Abuja- Locked Chinese supermarket sealed for not allowing Nigerians to buy at the Supermarket, Liu Bei, has appeared before a bench at the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission.
The rearmost development followed a process notice and trouble of warrants by the FCCPC on Monday after it sealed her store.
Giving an update FCCPC wrote," Update Owners of the Abuja Chinese Supermarket facing allegations of discriminative practices responded to our process moment to answer questions regarding the allegations. FCCPC operatives have conducted an examination of the installation."
" We'll continue to give updates as the disquisition progresses."
According to Online reported on Sunday that the supermarket had enforced a policy confining entry solely to Chinese citizens, banning Nigerians from patronizing the establishment.
