The United States embassy re-opens, clarifies closure

The United States Embassy(Abuja)  and Consulate General in Lagos have reopened for visa applicants.
The embassy said in a post on Facebook that only the American centres will be closed,  American centres include the Libraries and other sections.
It's said that all Visa Applicants should make sure they don't  missed their appointments as the service would continue despite a government shutdown.
