The Celebrity couple;
Jamie Foxx and Katie Holmes who are popular  known for keeping their love romance private were seen lounging on a mega yacht on Friday.
The 40yrs old actress turned heads as she shows her bikini body in a tiny black two piece as she enjoyed a romantic gateway with her man Jamie in Miami.
Jamie was pictured on board the yacht wearing a white T-shirt as he sat next to his love katie.
There were rumor that the two are currently busy planning for wedding in Paris.
